- If in the previous chapter (🎥👉 • MAIRENA del ALJARAFE -... ) we finished the day in Sanlúcar de Barrameda*, in this stage we will cross the *Guadalquivir river in a 🛥️barge to stand on the beach of the *National Park and Natural of Doñana*.
Actually, the section we traveled includes four sandy areas - Playa de Malandar*, *Playa del Inglesito*, *Playa de Castilla and Playa del Coto - although we see them all as what they make up, that is, a beautiful shore of about 30 kilometers through the intertidal space left by the low tide until reaching the town of *Matalascañas*.
Beautiful experience marked by dunes and with the frequent presence of hundreds of seagulls and other species of aquatic birds.
We will also witness old defensive buildings that remember different episodes in the history of the place.
The wind 🌬️ will once again be the main enemy, but the environment is well worth fighting.
Once we arrive in Matalascañas, we will take the straight road A-483 towards the village of 🕊️ El Rocío*, a place where we will delight in the views of *Charco de la Boca and its *Sanctuary*.

Sí, entre la sequía y la explotación del recurso agua por parte del ser humano el entorno se está transformando. De la sequía dependemos de la meteorología pero del resto es totalmente culpa nuestra. A ver si se ponen soluciones. Gracias Gloria.
