Thanks for the tutorial; worked for my 2029 Volvo V60 CC. A couple of things to note : - after turning the clips to release the cover with the hose, there are snap-in clips on each end that can/should be undone by inserting a flat head screwdriver and pushing them out - it’s much easier to put the new filter in if the cover is removed from the hose. It’s the same Torx bit to unscrew it.
Thanks - followed your advice, worked perfectly. Of note, I bought a Carquest filter at Advanced Auto for $41. The quality and weight of the original Volvo filter was different (much better). The OEM almost seemed like it had a charcoal filter, which was heavier and better constructed than the Chinese filter I bought. Would recommend ordering something closer to OEM spec.
The Volvo filter shows the direction toward the front of the car, I don't believe it is showing airflow. If you have a replacement filter that shows airflow it should be pointed to the back of the car.
I watched another video where they show you can buy a better filter that split so you don’t have to worry about bending it just it’s kind of split part way in so you can just put it right up in there.
There is 2 different type of filters depending on the climate options in that Volvo as well. The factory charcoal filter have the splits so you can get it in easily.

It's not closing or opening properly, and the sunroof is leaking inside the car. We have tested the drains in the front pillars they're working properly. Someone said the sunroof dam could be the cause for all those issues
@@jeanpetro5371 you will need a new sunroof cassette to fix the leak and the operation of the sunroof I replace more than I ever care to count they have a water leak problem and the shade cable gets rusted up and the sunroof stops working.
I have a 2017 xc90 momentum, looks like it is one of 31407748, 31407747, 31434971 but I am not in pressing need right now. Can check with the dealer on next maint.

Not sure how much it takes but you have to make sure how much oil is in the compressor.
I usually add a little bit for what I lose when I recover the system and the volvo oil compressor comes full with oil.
I want to know how much oil is supposed to be in compressor.

The cabin filter gets changed every 20k miles. And the engine air filter gets changed every 40k miles.

Try to use a magnet that is the only way other wise you have to pull the air box out.
