I was lucky enough to spend a couple summers of my childhood in that cottage. Some fantastic memories of that place and it was special to see it again after so many years.

I view properties with kitchens...good kitchen will make me think I could live there...no electricity is a thing I don't like.

No hydro not good...solar and gas generator is not a great idea. Kind of a drawback for a 4-seasons property.
