How the hell anyone could watch that game and not realize that those numbers were the direct result of Daboll coaching his ass off, and Danny Dimes shutting the bed every single time Daboll asked him to make just a decent throw. Literally every single time he had to have it, he threw the most uncatchable passes, or passes that even if the receiver did manage to catch them, it slowed them down or turned them all the way around, and made it impossible for them to do anything with it. He couldn’t even manage to put the ball in the general area code of his uncovered receiver, 35 yards down field, on a free play. Threw the damn 35 yard pass, 15 yards short, and let the burnt toast CB catch it in stride, while the receiver was still trying to stop at full speed, so he could come back and Mack a tackle. All he had to do was put it down the field and let his guy go get it, and he had no reason whatsoever, for not being able to do that. You are delusional if you think anything other than Danny Dimes is responsible for that final result. Daboll and the team did literally everything that they could do to mask him, and he still managed to lose the game for them.
i mean every throw over 15 yards were underthrown. sure the receivers need to go out and make plays, but shit makes it hard when every balls are 3 yards behind target.

Even though they won the Cowboys looked terrible the defense is just awful now they are lucky that the Giant's offense is so bad or else they would have put up 40 points on that Cowboy's defense. Parsons and Diggs are nowhere to be found now and do absolutely nothing in these games. On the other side the Cowboys offense looks so slow and one-dimensional because they can't run the ball at all and Dak has struggled to hit open receivers so far. Honestly as a Cowboys fan I think were going to have a losing season with maybe 6 wins at this point with the way they are playing unless something drastic changes.

So why didn't the Giants run for more yards? Against that bad defense? Dabol couldn't scheme up some better run plays? The "good" RB couldn't get it done? Of course Colin doesn't blame them at all. 🙄🤦♂️
Danny Dimes is the first QB I’ve ever seen have a go ball on a free play, that only needed to go about 35 air yards, and they under threw the ball by 15 yards, allowing the CB who got roasted off the line, to make an INT, because the WR was so far down field that they couldn’t come back to stop it, and the only thing that saved it from being an INT was the defensive offsides. The Giants are hopeless for as long as Danny Dimes is their QB. His numbers are only as good as they are, because of elite coaching trying to mask him. Every single time he needed to make any type of throw besides a bad throw, he came out and threw uncatchable passes. If Daboll had a Tua Tagovailoa to operate that offense, they would be an annual 10+ win minimum team.
I think the plan was for the 60mil QB , he had to play with whoever they got him. He’s had solid teams for years and did nothing. Looks like a Jerry paid him and expects him to make more with less because of it. They’re all in on Dak stepping up. Jerry could be petty that way. This will show Jerry if Dak can be elite when nothing is perfect and he doesn’t have all the best players on his team…..that’s my opinion.

Idk why but I feel like the Sanders kid will be a bust in the NFL. I could be horribly wrong, I mean he was groomed his whole life by his father to become an NFL player, but something about the cocky personality and big ego tells me that he won't take it well when he gets humbled in the NFL after getting sacked by a big fast 350lb lineman or gets picked by a 4.4 40 corner...idk. He isn't even on that great of a team, they struggle at times, and when they do win, they squeak it out or get some crazy lucky turnover. My prediction is bust... I can smell it.

In my opinion...It's really simple: Joe Schoen comes back next year ONLY IF by season's end....
- Nabers doesn't get killed this season
- The Offensive line remains consistent all season
- The Defensive rush somehow finds a way to finish as a TOP 12 unit
- Deontae Banks shows the capability to be a starting Safety
Other than all the above... there's NO reason to bring this GM back to pick the next QB or fix the secondary

A good team would have mopped the floor with Dallas. Everything but the run defense was still a problem in this game and THAT was more a product of the Giants not being good than some sudden epiphany for Dallas. The Boys looked BAD. NYG went up and down the field and only their inability to score TDs kept Dallas from losing. The offense looked anemic with the run game still being lifeless and the passing game still being out of sorts. The Boys will beat up on bad teams this year but given their schedule their ceiling looks like 6 to 8 wins for the year.

If the Cowboys actually called good plays on offense they’d score 49 a game easily. Their offense is literally the exact same as last year minus who? Tony Pollard? Give me a break.
