The type of bricks Browney is using makes their challenge a lot harder. The coarse and very hard surface of the bricks they're using slide easier (cos there's very little friction), where the red bricks the other guy is using have way more friction and get "stuck" easier also the holes in the bricks makes the sliding of the bricks a lot more difficult. Imagine how clean the reps would would be if they had clay bricks with holes in the middle.

the bricks are basically one arm pushups, the other one is for control, try to focus on one arm for strength, the other one for the bricks. Hope it helps, I liked the video, because I think you can come a long way if you guys keep this up!
U kept the cups zig zag so that u can reduce the length and u also compressed the cup to reduce length

Challenge suggestion. Start with one pull up, then rest, then 2,rest,3,rest, keep adding until you reach your limit. When you reach the highest number of pull ups in a row, reverse it all the way back to 1 again. Maximum of 1 minute for the rests.
