pocket money depends on your level of scholarship (i think??). scholarships are awarded by your national committee (based on financial need, not merit), so it can also depend on how much money your national committee has. but i'm pretty sure that students on full scholarship do receive weekly/monthly pocket money, so pocket money is a thing here, but i'm not sure exactly who qualifies for it.
