A Great comparison review IMAT. Definitely the H11 seems better even though one has to ask why the lack of menu styles. The temperature sensor on the H11 and larger capacity battery is a big plus. I think the watch application for the H11, Qifit is better than Maitufit on the MT8 ultra. It is not to say if the MT8 could have a firmware update it could be better. The MT8 only has 24 hr mode and not 12 hr mode alternative. H11 is the winner especially looking closer like the Apple watch.

Still HW8 Ultra Max. Better case quality, colour resembles more with original Apple Watch Ultra, all additional holes are open (while they are closed on the MT8 Ultra) and the buttons quality is also better on the HW8 Ultra Max!
The h10 pro is slightly better due to software but it doesn't come in as many colors. I had to go with the w68 for a friend because she wanted rose gold and the h10 only goes in stainless and black
