Champions League football is just a different beast and it brings out the best in certain teams and it creates a different opportunity for them especially when they’ve not had the best of seasons and Borussia Dortmund is a prime example of this. Before the first leg, everyone wrote them off due to their league form and people believed that PSG were gonna roll past them and destroy them easily, now after their 1-0 win, Dortmund are a win away from reaching the champions league final. This is enough proof that league form doesn’t always directly correlate to the champions league because they’re 2 different competitions. In the league you need to be consistent and achieve longevity throughout a 38 game season, knockout football is different because a team can hit form at any time which is a contrast to league football where teams need consistency during certain periods of the season. It’s the same thing with Bayern Munich as bad of a season they’ve had I understand that Real Madrid are favorites to go through in the 2nd leg, it wouldn’t be a surprise if they knock them out. Borussia Dortmund’s champions league run hasn’t always been smooth sailing because they’ve been underdogs people have underestimated them. In a group that contained PSG AC Milan and Newcastle, they finished top of the group when people thought that they would finish bottom of the group and they managed to get past Atletico Madrid in the quarterfinals after they were written off. PSG are a far better team than Dortmund on paper, but they lost to them. In the 2nd leg, they’ll go through if they execute their game plan and a 1-1 draw or another 1-0 win would be enough for them. They simply thrive as underdogs and to me it just shows you how unpredictable football can be when a team that’s not having their best season and have been written off against all the odds they might get to the champions league final and win the trophy if it happens.

Not just Jadon put Ronaldo ,DeGea and Henderson the list goes on ...
So happy for Jadon having a great game using the talents we know he has but ETH sat him on the bench all too often where it's hard to show your skills and ETHdid not give him the time he needed on the field due to his interest in Antony who had all the time available along with a poor performing Rashford but in a whole season Antony has only scored 2 goals and yet TenHag is still trying to prove Antony was worth 80M and a massive jump in wages UFB ... .
