Won't recommend making a bonsai from neem as they don't respond well to pruning, dies back easily, extremely difficult to create good ramification, it's just not suited for this purpose. Probably a kusomono would be awesome.

Appreciate your advice, but I am just trying to make a bonsai botanical garden so trying to keep all trees while getting a chance to work on each. The neem that I had earlier was looking awesome & had multiple branches. I agree we cannot hard prune else the branches die off, so I normally prune down to the last leaf or 2. This way I had managed to make a very good Neem bonsai earlier & I believe I could do it again. Stay tuned for updates :)
