Dear Diary, we're stuck in the Sierra mountains and it's cold as fuck. Dad says he should've know better than to join us up with the Donner Party. "Ole' Donner wouldn't know the difference between a grizzly bear and his wife and he's probably got us lost." We've been here for two weeks and people are starting to die. Well...they'e been dying every since we started this stupid trip, but now they're dropping like flies. I'm extremely hungry and I'm not sure what we're going to do for food.
Well as the wagon master was my grandfather I can tell you this is false. They traveled through the day. The Oregon trail is now covered by many roads and bridges. They did make use of those. This lived as close to the way the original pioneers did but of course they could not just hunt buffalo for food. A lot of food was provided for them. This was a celebration of the 100 anniversary of the Oregon trail
I believe you mean roughing it. Course there was no need to do that but when you are trying to recreate something you work with what you have. hmmm....
...and as for the cooking of beans and bacon and meat and bread... then this would have byn what they ate in-the-morning... and right-before going to sleep... hmmm?! ...and if those pioneers where trying to psuh-their-luck with those working-animals... to pull-along those heavy-waggons... then those pulling-animals would have died-off from exhoustion on the first-few-days on-the-trail... when knowing of how-much water-consuming live-stock can be... or how much water a German-shepherd can drink
...and this video is ONLY good for hearing and comprehending the older-wording of words... simple... and as for the pioneer-waggons ...then those people had already everything provided for them... and they where ONLY trying to to-ruff-it... when there was no-need to ruffing-it... with small-town-rest-stops along the way... hmmm... and if those moving-pioneers who where moving from hosue-to-house... where in fact out there on the trail... then they would ONLY be allowed to travel at NIGHT!!!
Loved this, thank you
Good job with this. Nice voice, little music not loud, enjoyable.
