I see the statue of Oranos was removed from the Town Center in the first mission. Which makes sense, since they are supposed to be abandoned and not worshipping him yet.
The new Kronos looks a lot like Thanos. Not that I'm complaining. I think it's amusing that Marvel had influenced Forgotten Empires' decision in redesigning the Titans' new looks.
@@takarifan well Kronos was associated with the color purple in real Greek mythology though so it makes sense why they designed him like this instead of lava.
Its kinda messed up that the Gods,.specially Arkantos, just left the Atlanteans to their luck back in the day. Still the game holds to this day and the graphics prove, shame that the new voices dont.
Yeah... some are fine like Ajax, but older one is better. Also the some of the hero portraits just look odd? Amanra, Odysseus. I am going through the campaign right now and I am having a blast, but still. Lots of bugs, UI/textual, pathing is still an issue, my units get randomly stuck in terrain or when dead animals are in the way.
Why do so many of the remakes end up with so much critcism, like Wc3 reforged and this one... well atleast this one the graphics are great, just the subpar voice acting... It's like they put very minimal effort and simply not care about the sentiments of their playerbase....
The new VA are not bad, they just didn’t fit the characters and the depth of their lines. The original had that intonation which made the game and stories more compelling
Now THOSE are the voices I needed to hear.
The new voices are just... Damn. Especially my boy Kastor, they did him so dirty with his new voice. 😭

The only explanation we can get is that Atlanteans was originally supposed to be the Inca or Aztecs.
