    We have been using Shipstation for two years. Very happy with the results and ease of use.

    I kinda felt a pressure on the business owner side by getting the same question “How’s your experience with SS?” three times in a row after only 2 weeks of using their service.
    I don’t know if that was done intentionally or not, but probably that’s a thing for improvement for the future episodes.
    In general though I enjoy the series! Very excited about the next show cases ✌️.

      I appreciate the feedback! Some of that was in editing that makes it seem a bit repetitive. This is about 3 hours of footage cut into 12 minutes.

    My amazon is showing one unshiped order while shipstation is showing two orders

    How would you fix these shipping issues?

      By first fixing there process . Everything need to close to them . You need a puller and a packer and that fix the process.

    Don't shipstation charge you every month for using there platform . There's a lot of shipping that gives you low shipping with no monthly fee.

    Shipstation is trash. Constant server outages that lead to massive cured costs by my company. I know people throw this around a lot, but Shipstation should be out or business and something can easily replace it with better service.

    Shipstation is terrible, you have to MANUALLY manage inventory , labels don't print, can't handle international shipping, full of bugs, and has the most confusing user interface ever! I hate it.

    Shipstation has horrible customer service. I've been trying to get my rep to help but she doesn't return my calls. She literally scheduled a meeting with me and then didn't call. So if someone from shipstation reads this, my client is still having trouble with your services.
