DARLING DESIGN, Connie! Another CHEERY greeting! And I LOVE FUN FOLDS, too! Definitely like the “flap” attachment covered with the white inside piece! The ribbon really dresses it all up, too! Made me happy so I know it will make the recipient happy as well! TFS n’ HAPPY CREATIN’! :-))
Wow! This card is beautiful -- & it came at the right time! My eldest daughter, who lives 30 minutes from me, just informed me that one of her co-workers was feeling down because she hasn't seen her mother in weeks due to the lockdown, & during that time her friend turned 30! So I am making this card for her, hoping it cheers her up. I haven't seen my daughter in weeks, either, so I will have to find another card to send her. I didn't know these fun fold cards were so much fun -- I have to find another! Hugs from Ireland!
Such a happy card and you have such a talent for creating beautiful cards. Have to make this and probably more than one. I enjoy all your videos and seeing your cheerful face!
Connie, I always loved fun folds, but I think they are really important to send now because it really gives the recipient that wow effect they need in happy mail💞
What a lovely card, Connie ! A great way to reach those you are missing right now. A sweet way to say you are thinking of them. Cards mean a lot at times like this specially. Sending hugs, stay well all.
Got my Saturday morning cleaning done (because I still have to go back to some of the old ways of doing things🤪), took a shower, had breakfast and turned on my computer and there you are. WOOHOO. so I am enjoying my 2nd cup of coffee with you and this card is just beautiful. I love the idea and the layout. I sooooo enjoy watching you. Thank you for sharing! 😊🤗
Love, Love, Love the flash cards! I use to be scared to cut 1/8" until I downloaded your "guide" and put it on my bulletin board. I'm off to craft room to make these for my co-workers that are working remotely.
I just made this card to send to my mother. On the inside I used “far apart but close at heart” from the Well Said stamp set. The polka dot tulle is a lovely finishing touch.
Love the card!! I've used that fun fold on many cards, just adds to the card. Stay safe n healthy!! We have to stay home as well up here in Victoria BC 😊
Love the fun flap feature!! So mamy stamp sets this would work for too! I just got the To a Wild Rose stamp set and think it would be beautiful on this format!! Thank you again Connie❣️ You're awesome🥰
G'morning Connie from NE Oregon :) Early (off subject of this card) question for you regarding the card stock packs. How do you know what colors are in a pack that you purchased say last year from a design set in an expired catalog? They don't have the colors printed on the label. Can that be recommended for future packaging? I know they finally put the colors on the DSP used in designs. But it would sure be easier if card stock bundles were labeled too :) Thank you!! (The granny apple green reminded me) I have the Halloween paper pack used for the witch set from a year or two! Now, back to your video!!!
Hi, I knew my question was confusing because I tend to chat too much! I pulled the packets I'm talking about. I'm hoping it will make more sense. The card stock packs in particular I'm talking about are 1) coffee break, 2) classic garage, 3) best route, 4) festive farm house and 5) toil & trouble. Each of them has three colors of card stock but they don't say what colors they are. Im just wondering if there is an easy way to determine the colors included in each pack. I checked google with no results. It's not a big deal, I just thought I'd ask :) Thanks for taking your time to help
@@Stahlmaks Are you referring the solid color cardstock or the paper with a design printed on both sides? Either way, you can look at the retired catalogue you ordered it from. I usually take a sharpie and write the colors on the outside label. Large enough to read. I do wish Stampin’ Up! Still offered the cardstock variety packs that coordinated with the DSP packs.
Jeanne, thank you for the info. I didn't realize SU had stopped selling the smaller packs of card stock. And yes, I was referring to the plain color tri packs they sold to coordinate with the dsp. I just noticed that all the classic & in color card stock are being sold in packs of 24 again!! Makes things much nicer when you're trying to mix and match :) Anyway, I sure apologize for the confusion I caused!! I should have just called my demonstrator ... would have been easier to explain on the phone than typing here!!
Beautiful, bright and cheery!
