@@jjsdiygarage1267 ohhh sheeshhh! that is great. I just like how you do your vids, very thorough.. ive seen a vid here on youtube of the same engine for the accord, but its not thorough hahah. so im scared to do mine. what symptoms would the car show if the valve arent in the right position/measurements? thank you
@Michael Diaz thanks. Mostly you would get extra valve train noise unless it was severely out of spec, then you could lose performance or damage components. To loose and the valves would slap and not fully open loosing power and causing excess wear, to tight and the valve would never fully close loosing compression and other bad things.
@@jjsdiygarage1267 i was just wondering if mine is due, i was on a road trip and my car started to shift weirdly (stuttering) and the CEL started blinking. i pulled over and shut the car off and checked the plugs, etc etc. im thinking is just bad gas/fuel. Because i just replaced the spark plugs back in oct with NGKs. it has done it since, and since the cel didnt stay on, my obd reader couldnt find what the issue was. i wonder if the valve wouldve caused that symptom
another great crv vid ! any vids on an upcoming valve adjustments yet? hahah
Thanks, not yet. I was actually shooting the video on how to adjust them, and mine were all perfect at 130k miles, so I stopped.

O wow, blinking CEL usually means there is an active fault, like an active misfire,
Where you buy them from how much and are they still good 1 year from now
Amazon, yes they even hold up good to kids and dogs
