The UAE is one of the most favourable countries in the world for taxes, with 0% personal income tax and 0% corporate tax for companies earning les than $816k a year, and 9% corporate tax for companies earning more than that.
But how long do you need to physcally stay in Dubai or elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates to be considered a tax resident in the UAE?
Now you might think that this question can be answered by a simple number of days, but in fact it is quite a bit more naunced than that, and there are quite a few things that you will have to consider.

Jos on vaadittavat 90 päivää UAE, residence permit firma yms. eikä ole yli 6kk vuodessa suomessa, toimiiko kokemuksesi mukaan miten helposti? Oletko esim. toimittanut suomeen UAE verotodistusta tms, ja jos, niin onko ollut selkeää vai hankalaa?
Suomeen pitaa ilmoittaa etta olet muuttanut pysyvasti pois Suomesta. Siina todisteena mukana pitaa olla verotodistus uudesta maasta (UAE) - etsi vero.fi “rajoitetusti verovelvollisuus” - sielta loytyy selkeat ohjeet
