Maybe a little bit. Important to install WindowsPhone8.1SDK to your PC. U need a "windows phone power tools" on your PC (with windows 8.1), emiPSX.xap and Lumia device in developer mode with usb cable.

@@t4cto I have a nokia lumia 635, I installed it and everything is fine, but it won't let me open the roms, not even from the sd card, it doesn't even connect to the internet, any solution?
