Applying the Skin Modifier

Yeah, a whole lot of unnecessary stuff before the modifier.

Also, alt+x makes your selected mesh/object opaque...without needing to create a new material. Also, my workflow has been sped up by working in layers, setting the biped/bones and the character mesh in separate layers...you can easily freeze/hide whatever you need instead of bringing up that long list by right clicking.

Why can't i select all bones ? It only show me the pelvis one :/

When i tried to move any body part ..it moves only the bipe skeleton.

I got an unusual shape of envelope capsule using skin modifier, you know, it pretty flat and tall, not radial shape. Can you give me advise why it happened and how to fix it?
