Thank you for your thoughtful comment! It's fascinating to hear about the similarities between the flora in Cambodia and Sri Lanka. The wild elephant tree is indeed unique and not as commonly found in Sri Lanka. I'm glad you enjoyed the cooking video. Your support means a lot to us! If you have any more questions or comments, feel free to share.

Thank you for your interest! Wild yam is indeed edible, and we're delighted to share its versatility with you. In terms of itchiness, wild yams can sometimes cause a mild itch when raw, similar to other yams. However, proper preparation and cooking typically eliminate this issue, making them a delicious and safe ingredient to enjoy. If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask!

Thank you for your question! To remove the itchy parts, we usually peel and wash the ingredients thoroughly. Sometimes we also boil or soak them before cooking to ensure they're safe and enjoyable to eat. Feel free to ask if you have more questions!
