I'm still shocked that I managed to make it to Top 8. Had a lot of fun and I'm glad that I was able to face and witness many great opponents on the way!
I was bouncing around the various streams when I had a minute over the weekend. But continually found myself glued to ya'lls stream. But this game especially, I MADE TIME to watch, lol. This game is so sick. I think my friends are starting to get tired of me telling them just how sick it is, lol.
I came here after watching the TMNT tournament and then see this awesome tournament, never saw this game before, so definitely i´ll download it and practice hard to get close to those good players! love it!
Do any of the taunts have special effects beyond doing light hits? I know Kirby/flash/April so forth have some utility there but not sure about the rest of the cast
Not all of the taunts have a special effect. Some of them are hits, some of them are just regular taunts, and some of them do special things like freeze the time or power up one of your special moves.

All the characters in the game are really unique. All the turtles are actually very good in this game.

WW is BS. Her lasso is unblockable, so if you can get the timing right on enemy wakeup, you'll be able to infinite.

Anyone you choose to be. The tiers don't really matter in this game with the current meta.

@@tgo007 Green Arrow is pretty much the only pure zoner. However, a lot of characters have options to get around the zoning.
