I just want to thank everyone who took the time to write such unconditional kind words. Whoever is reading this i want you to know that you are loved and needed and that you are so brave. Even though, rn I feel like shit, I wanna affirm myself, Its beautiful to me, I'm enough, I'm worthy to be alive, I'm smart, every mistake I made me realise what I shouldn't do anymore, every bad people I met in my life made me realise I shouldn't be like them. There are people out there in this would who would enjoy my company, I'm not boring, I'm brave enough to move on everyday even sometimes it feels like ending everything. I shouldn't dwell on dissatisfaction with my life, I should make effort to correct what's wrong, instead of crying over or caring too much about my physical attributes which I cant change anymore, I should nuture myself to build my character and spend more time in rewiring my distorted perception. This is super random... But I've been doing therapy, and from my sessions I've been doing EMDR which is a strategy to unlock memories. To say the least, I have trauma and a lot of things are flooding my memory and the puzzle pieces are falling in line. It's been a lot for me, where I'm overwhelmed and in a bit where I just want to be sandwiched in a lot of stuffed animals. This music is helping me cope with all of this and processing mym memories. So, thank you.
