I shouldn't have said, "Don't throw away your money on therapy." That was a poorly phrased attempt at light-hearted humor. I will stand behind my belief, however, that scuba diving is wonderfully therapeutic, and since mental health is journey of many roads, following one of them underwater is a fine idea.
Thanks for the comment! When I took this trip, I had a pair of inexpensive, basic 2500 lumen video lights. They're only kind of effective in close range during the day, but great for night dives. I've since upgraded to two 10K Lumen Kraken Solar Flare Max lights. I love them, but they are HEAVY!
