“Comprehensively chopped” yesss mate! Please never change Ian, you’re videos are the breath of fresh air youtube needs.. could sit and watch videos of you driving around chatting all day long. Thanks for the content pal, we do appreciate it and you’re doing a fantastic job!
TWC being the "unofficial pace car" was super awesome!!! How an anyone drool over an E type Jaguar at Goodwood when you have a 1972 Invacar racing on your backside. lol. I also loved the video of TWC next to that seemingly abandoned SD1 in London's center. How Ian finds these perfect snapshots are beyond me but i love them. I'm proud of TWC and all it's accomplishments! Might need some new tires after that race track run though. Smiles.
That was a pantechnicon of pleasure. Road trip, travel show, track eventing, show walk arounds ... just awesome ... can only imagine the looks & double takes ... ace
Along long time ago I was overtaken whilst driving a fully laden Wolsey 14/60? by something that looked like TWC, the guy piloting the thing thought it was hilarious, as did my passengers!
I wish I could give this one more than one thumbs up- at the same time the silliest and the most glorious sight I've seen in ages is TWC on a racing track. And the commentary, as ever, is marvellously entertaining!
Just got my pop corn and tea for part 2 who would have thought I would be watching a video of a bloke with long hair and yes the blister on his right hand can’t repeat what my Mrs said about that driving around and he U.K. in a Invacar . Perhaps I need to get out more 😂🤣
Even the wonderful TWC can't keep me from my usual Wednesday evening stroll down the pub. However, Part 2 is awaited with happiness, expectation and glee! 👍
The Invacar fascinates me. I would never have heard of it if it wasn't for this channel. Amazing little car. Love the long distance trips in it. The camera mount works so well.
That was one of the funniest things I think I've seen in a long time, bloody brilliant! I was shouting,"Come on,TWC!" at the computer as much as you were! You're a braver man than I,taking any car through London. And speaking as a bus driver,I could never do the job in London-it's bad enough in Leeds!
There's not many times you hear "That E Type is spoling my fun!" Lol. Good to see TWC going so much better after getting original old new stock pulleys and belt. Massive thumns up Ian!
God, wen you were going round the race track. twc's engine just positively hummmmed along. absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i was sooo excited aswell, lol
Loved Your Part 2 Invacar video Ian! This Is So Entertaining! It Should Be Made Into A Weekly Series! With Invacar Touring The Whole Of The UK! I Loved Every Second Of It!
All those years in a field with poor TWC thinking life was over. Along comes a fun loving hippy and TWC is hooned round a race track amongst other adventures . Top marks. !
Tears of laughter when you were doing 70, I thought poor old tuc was gonna shake apart lol Actually, I'm amazed at how stable tuc looks, for a three wheeler. Very entertaining.
Loved this :) TWC holding her own against an E-Type on track around Goodwood, I had to watch this again to make sure I wasn't dreaming! I'll wear my TWC hoodie with even more pride now :)
Wow some journey Ian. Watched on big screen TV and the motorway max out made me very nervous!. The circuit sections were a joy, and I cant think you had much less fun than those driving their big powerful expensive classics. Thanks for sharing
When you picked up TWK all those moons ago l thought what are you doing man, an invalid car!! But my my what you and TWK have done since is truly amazing, what a car, yes you've had problems but this last trip showed what an awsome car you have great video Mr hub nut, possibly your best yet,,,
TWC is doing sterling work! What a great video! Who would have thought I’d find myself watching an invacar doing laps of Goodwood... Loved it! Ian, you and TWC are legends in your own lunch times! Keep em coming!👍
I live in NW London, and when i got to 70, i failed my driving medical due to cataracts, and mt license was suspended until i had them done. Not having to drive in London anymore came as a relief.
Ahhhh, my old stamping grounds of Mile End (E1) and Befffnal Green (E2) albeit.......GOD KNOWS what your Sat Nav was thinking taking you that looooong way over Tower Bridge! Suffice to say that your trips to the East End & Canvey Island over the past few days have utterly convinced me that my move to The Midlands was the right thing to do. Great broadcast AGAIN Ian. TWC is truly a 70's LEGEND.....now in more ways than one!!! 👍👍👍👍
What an epic road trip for u both first time ive ever seen a invacar on a track ..glad little twc is back & fighting fit...hats off to you for braving a motorway looked a little scary
Overtaking on the motorway and catching E Types on the Goodwood circuit! What a little star TWC is. Just knew she could do it. Well done to 'Team Invacar'.
I tell you what, you got more balls than i have. At 19:50 I was cringing for you. Much as I love this mad, demented and radged little car, anything over 50 is scary to my eyes :-) Often come back to watch your Twc videos, great conical commentary too :-)
I bet you never thought when you had TWC and TPA in the back of that hire truck that you'd be driving one of them round Goodwood someday, absolutely hilarious and brilliant at the same time... :D
Great vid. I think we have all fell in love with TWC definitely the star car. Was special watching her going round the track and hitting 70 on the the motorway. Thank you for sharing your journey it makes me want to by my own invacar now if I can find one.
You must have balls of steel to drive TWC around England. I salute you! It's pretty quick off the mark so the Invacar is ideal for a conurbation like London Glad to see it's running sweeter now.
I salute your bravery Ian! Not even I would attempt to drive into London with a modern car. London is the most inhospitable place to drive now. I’m also in complete awe at the performance of the mightily improved TWC 👍🏻
Oh my, I haven't laughed so much for a long time. Invacar round Goodwood, and being held up by an E-type. pure British bonkersness (!). True genius Ian. Having said that, doing London in any car is completely mad. Yuor next mission is to find that Clan Crusader. I am really surprised to see that. A video with that as the star would be something to truly be proud of. Pretty please?
Great road trip matey, loving TWK. Love it when you overtake the modern gas guzzlers. Bet there's a bit of rage building in some of those drivers lol. Could swear I could hear 'The Chain' playing round the Goodwood.circuit. I hope that little beast keeps going for ever!
I used to think that the Invacar looked like a 'Bog On Wheels', but the intervening years and sentimentality, your odyssey Witt TWC has allowed me to fall in really, really, like her / them, for the fist time. Back in the 80's, a drummer i knew used to get a good few pieces of his kit in his fathers; that he used to pinch to get to rehearsals... a cheeky Scouser, in a Bog On Wheels, "Bombing" thru the South Liverpool streets... Life just ain't like that no more...
That was a great video....You kept the Jag in sight! Amazing. I used to drive up and down the old A23 (before the motorway was built) in my Mini. Sometimes twice in the middle of the night. It was such fun that car - and the old road was much more exciting.
Who would have thought all those months ago when you pulled TWC out of a field you would be gaining on an e-type at Goodwood. Pleased for you that you sorted the transmission issues and could enjoy the trip more. Good work.
Brilliant! You do get to some exotic places,Brixton and Croydon eh. If ever I see London looming I always run in the opposite direction. TWKs laps of Goodwood were great, shame about the bloody E Type holding you up.😂😂
TWC really has improved. Cruising at 55mph with throttle to spare, overtaking and confidence to travel on the motorway. As you know, I drive in London regularly for work. Whilst watching the video, I realised that TWC would almost fit beside me in the space beside me in the cab of the coach. I'd feel safer in my 15m coach in London than a vehicle TWC's size. Couldn't agree more with your comment about my "colleague" (same parent company) not letting the car turn right. Great footage of your Goodwood laps in TWC. Will the "pace car" logos be staying?
I thought you did well on the track considering what you were driving. I would guess the E Type was worth a fortune and the driver didn't want to risk damaging it. London was interesting. Certainly I'll look up a walking London video. It was great that you got parts & got the Invacar going to it's full potential. Great videos, Cheers from South Australia
Hello Mr Nut. Love the videos, especially the Invacar ones. When I was a kid my grandparents next door neighbour had an Invacar. Always wondered about them. (Invacars, not my grandparents). Probably see you at the Bromley Pageant. Don't know if you've been before? It's a bit of a weird show.
I could think of few worse things to do than drive regularly in London. A friend recently went up for a few days. He left home with a clean licence and came home one conviction short of losing it. All his convictions were due to box junctions. Excellent video as usual starring my favourite member of the fleet. Great to see she's running so well.
London traffic is not good, especially if you need a wee! There's nowhere you can stop. Glad you and TWC made it through the big smoke. She really is a little flier now isn't she? This video was just hilarious! Loved it!
An absolutely brilliant pair of videos Ian. The fact that you took TWC to her birthplace and managed to buy badly needed parts to fix her, from the original factory, is fantastic. I wonder if that's the longest journey an invacar has made?

Watched the Goodwood lap's at 2x speed - reminiscent of the film Hell Drivers👍👍
My hands were sweating at what I was witnessing. 70mph on a single front wheel, sir you have nerves of steel.
Love it! TWC is without doubt, the star of this channel. You can't help but smile watching this.
That was a pantechnicon of pleasure. Road trip, travel show, track eventing, show walk arounds ... just awesome ... can only imagine the looks & double takes ... ace
TWC is just joyous. She’s been a sensational project which I hope never ends. Thank you Ian and keep it up!
70 in an invacar! As far as I remember (it was over 25 years ago) I only got mine up to 50, and that was scary enough.
Along long time ago I was overtaken whilst driving a fully laden Wolsey 14/60? by something that looked like TWC, the guy piloting the thing thought it was hilarious, as did my passengers!
Tears of joy watching you overtake on the freeway :).
Fantastic stuff Ian. I could almost hear the great Murray Walker shouting "AND LOOK AT THAT!"
"ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN AND IT NORMALLY DOES!"
@@TheCounty90 'AND IT'S GO, GO, GO!'
Enjoyable video. She does quite well around Goodwood. I am so glad a few of these Invacars have been saved. Well done!
There's the slogan for the new sticker's and t-shirts right there!...." Up to 50!...Not lifting!! "
Great roadtrip Ian, loved it, well done fella!
its so damn wrong that i can only hit the "thumbs up" button once as this deserves several of them ! well done Ian and little TWC.
I wish I could give this one more than one thumbs up- at the same time the silliest and the most glorious sight I've seen in ages is TWC on a racing track. And the commentary, as ever, is marvellously entertaining!
The number of miles you cover in that bloody old thing is amazing, Ian!
That WAS brilliant Ian. I very much enjoyed the goodwood laps than that there London. TWC doing 70 was definitely scary.
...those guys you over took went home and topped themselves.
:->
@@davidmg1925 As did the driver of the random Vauxhall Mokka Ian over'TWC' in the last HubNut video.
Just got my pop corn and tea for part 2 who would have thought I would be watching a video of a bloke with long hair and yes the blister on his right hand can’t repeat what my Mrs said about that driving around and he U.K. in a Invacar . Perhaps I need to get out more 😂🤣
What a brave, bold little car (and driver) ! I've never had my Moggy Minor up to SEVENTY in the 10 years I've had her ! !
Even the wonderful TWC can't keep me from my usual Wednesday evening stroll down the pub. However, Part 2 is awaited with happiness, expectation and glee! 👍

Totally bonkers loved it 👍
Absolute balls of steel!
We're up to fifty! I'm not lifting. Hahahahahahaha! :-)
Speeding ticket = badge of honour. ;-)
Twc seems remarkably stable through the corners!

What an epic road trip for u both first time ive ever seen a invacar on a track ..glad little twc is back & fighting fit...hats off to you for braving a motorway looked a little scary
Well that was scary!!!!! SO disappointed you didn't pop over to the Nurburgring - you were practically there! :-)
That HAS to be on the list of things to do. TWC does Nurburgrig!!!
Lend it to Sabine Schmitz and see how fast she can get it to go.
Well Done and am Surprised! You make me smile-Cheers!
I'm so dam proud of twc
And Ian you should be proud of yourself for saving twc she's a credit to you.
Well done....
I loved every single minute I so look forward to seeing a new Hub Nut video in my feed
Many have lapped Goodwood, but few in an Invacar- Bravo, Twc!
Overtaking on the motorway and catching E Types on the Goodwood circuit! What a little star TWC is. Just knew she could do it. Well done to 'Team Invacar'.
Absolutely LOVE this vid - superb job Tuk, Pilot and Friends!

Brilliant! Well Done Hub Nut and Tuc! 🏆👍
Definitely not something you'll see every day. An Invacar going around Goodwood. That takes some....er...... Insanity really. Love it!

18:43, overtaking the effin' PHEV AND the Merc. priceless.

I was very happy for you 🙂 great video Ian. Thanks so much...
I was leaning into those corners with you! Great fun.. TWC's a beast now!
I've never heard "Invacar" and "chopped" in relation to each other until now...I hope to hear it many more times!

I have a friend with a bog standard Clan. Maybe I should have a word...
@@HubNut Oh yeah, that would be great. The Clan was very underrated at the time. It would be very interesting to see how they compare now. Thanks. 👍👍👍
Crazy good! London via Invacar, the world is an amazing place. Also, the first "Invacar Goodwood-Special" makes it's appearance.
Another good video so good I watched it twice. Really appreciate it mate
OMG! Handcross Hill in TWC! You can do this flat out (shhhh) late at night, brilliant bit of road.
Brilliant. Makes you wonder if TWC is the first Invacar to circulate at Goodwood.
She isn't. An Invacar Model 12 has taken part in a parade.
Great road trip matey, loving TWK. Love it when you overtake the modern gas guzzlers. Bet there's a bit of rage building in some of those drivers lol. Could swear I could hear 'The Chain' playing round the Goodwood.circuit.

As a proof of concept, hubhut roadtrippin' is deffinalty a winner.
And she's idling really well now
Yep, London Ian.....Always said "It's a nice place to come from!".....Loved the Twc track action, just a bit different from the mean streets!....lol
Whoohoo! Fantastic stuff Ian, that was very enjoyable to watch ;-)

Best Car related channel on RUclips. Fact!
Absolutely brilliant!! On the motorway overtaking then on Goodwood race track!! Thus is my fave hubnut video to date!!! 👍😎
I've driven a 44 ton Artic through Central London and also a private hire vehicle.
I concur it is definitely not Fun.
Watching you drive down a piece of road I use every working day was strangely captivating. I'll think of you next time I go from the A23 to the M23.
Brilliant! You do get to some exotic places,Brixton and Croydon eh. If ever I see London looming I always run in the opposite direction. TWKs laps of Goodwood were great, shame about the bloody E Type holding you up.😂😂
That E-type had some very odd lines. TWC seemed much better in the corners. (Yes, I have raced so I can criticise).
