It's not that genius. It's the first think many think of when it comes to scamming. Casinos are cheap the scummy. However the jerk who invented them was a greedy genius.
Actually, the problem gamblers aren't the bulk of their business. They make most of their money off of high rollers who can actually afford to spend so much.
