The most impressive part is how this thing handles itself on the road! Efficiency is also better than expected in our test. Also I mentioned 37” tires, this vehicle has 35”, apologies!
2 months in with an OBX, 2.3L, stock wheels/tires and I get 23mpg in suburban driving. better than i expected! ETA, i cannot wait for a hybrid version!!!
Very encouraging results! I was concerned about this as I'm expecting to take delivery on a 2022 Bronco Badlands with the Sasquatch package and 2.7L V6. Thanks for the thorough review.
I'm definitely getting the Bronco. But wait! They are about to announce the Bronco Raptor! Depending on how impressive it is, I'm going to order the Raptor !
The hard top, from this video, seems like it was pretty quiet. I test drove a soft top Bronco and it was excruciatingly painfully loud on the highway, to the point that I decided not to buy it for that sole reason. Hopefully they fix the hard top quality control soon and I’ll give it another try. Good stuff!
Highway driving is perfection; you know in a F250 with the 6.2 you can get 13mpg Kinda cool. I would be surprised if any vehicle had bad mpg on the highway
19 mpg for a new vehicle is pretty lackluster even if it's for an SUV. In an age where electric pickups and getting over 100 mpge is common, 19 just isn't enough.
It’s hard to believe any car would get less than 20mpg on the hwy in 2022… body styling, tires, and off road gearing prob shouldn’t be a thing, even if attractive. Did like interior vibe tho
Nothing wrong with an off-road vehicle, so long as it actually spends most of it's time on trails and service roads where the big tires are actually helpful, and where aerodynamics aren't a consideration due to lower driving speeds. Too many people buy these for style points and only use them on the streets and highways, and then it basically becomes a roving pollution machine.
This is a country that revolves around freedom. I do use my Bronco on trails but if someone wants to buy one just for style and looks and they can afford the vehicle, gas, and the car meets highway safety standards great for them. Who are you to choose what vehicle others “should” drive. I am not a fan of small cars but am in favor of those who are being free to choose them.
I’ve seen good things from the ford diesel 6.7 power stroke, one with a million original miles 2011 F-350 in Michigan! tho for a bronco it might be over kill 😂
Very rude driving to not let the truck back into the right lane after he pulled over for you. You should have gotten behind him until he could get back into the right lane.
That’s not efficient. That means the truck changed lanes. Then the truck switch back over. Then the bronco changed lanes to pass the truck. Then the bronco switch lanes again to get back in the right lane. 4 lane changes vs 2
I think it’s time to stop celebrating really terrible fuel economy just because it’s “better” than some other trucks. Fuel economy numbers for a lot of trucks have only marginally improved over the past couple decades, and yet they are now some of the most common vehicles on the road. To be clear, that’s not the fault of Kyle or the channel, that is the fault of vehicle manufacturers being irresponsible, consumers not caring, and the government’s failure to enact appropriate regulations.
Yes, more government regulation will make everything better... Have you considered that this vehicle might be much more fuel efficient had government not been helping in the first place?
How long do you want to continue advertising for these big climate destroyers? do you also care about the air of your future children? Big thumb down!! 👎

I have a 2.7 Bronco. You are right about the ride quality and the mileage. Great vehicle.
2 or 4 door?
Sasquatch = 35's, not 37's as mentioned
2 months in with an OBX, 2.3L, stock wheels/tires and I get 23mpg in suburban driving. better than i expected!
ETA, i cannot wait for a hybrid version!!!
Hybrid version, that is just plain stupid. You are embarrassing Bronco owners, stop.
The sasquatch package comes with a 4.70 rear gear, that's why the RPMs are up a little on the freeway.
Very encouraging results! I was concerned about this as I'm expecting to take delivery on a 2022 Bronco Badlands with the Sasquatch package and 2.7L V6. Thanks for the thorough review.
Im getting 19mpg with my 2.7 really enjoy the V6
12:16 19.6 mpg.
Sure makes the new 9k# hummev seem impressive at 56mpge doesn't it? Or the 7200# 4 motor awd 800hp rivian r1t at 70+mpge. 😀
I got 20mpg today in my 2Dr BadSquatch on a mix of highway and trail…
The First Edition Bronco has full underneath body armor which makes the mileage even more impressive.
Actually, it probably helps the mileage by smoothing out the airflow underneath.
Would be a nice comparison to run this test with the smaller wheels and 2.3L.
I can get 19.5 mpg in my 2.3L 7 speed with sasquatch on 35s
I'm definitely getting the Bronco. But wait! They are about to announce the Bronco Raptor! Depending on how impressive it is, I'm going to order the Raptor !
2 door 2.7 Bronco > Fat Chick Raptor
4319 lbs/330hp vs 5800 lbs/400hp
13.1 lbs/hp vs 14.5 lbs/hp
Love the bronco! My dream garage: Bronco and a f-150 Lightning! 😍👌 One day... One day!
You'd NEVER see this on the NEDC or even the WLTP cycle. It sucks that the rest of the world has to deal with nonsense ratings.
same spec and Im getting 15.7 maybe I am just enjoying the turbo too much haha
Not sure how you are getting those numbers. My wife and I have the same FE and we get 15.6 around town and 18-19 on Hwy if we are lucky.
How is 6 months later? Still 19-20 mpg highway? I just got picked up for my build date after waiting since July 2020.
Not too common to have something surpass EPA! That’s pretty dope.
Sweet. All it needs are a gun rack.
Test it in sport mode and see what the difference is
I have never seen anyone drive a car as slow and gentle as this. That is not a "real world" comparison. Drive it like a man not a child
Looks Good
Great channel👌
I laughed the first time I went to that gas station and saw the name 😂
I bet it surpassed the MPG rating because they did the Ford Lightning thing of "let's load a 1000 lbs on it just cause"
All i can think about when i see these big monster truck things is, "i bet that thing is BRUTAL at the gas pump". Ev life is king.
Love the new Bronco!

Funny my 2.7 f150 could manage 22+ mpg on the highway. I was getting 21 overall
This only works if the earth is flat. Try this from Denver I70 to Glenwood Springs.
I hate that I can't just go on the lot and get one
Did you use premium fuel for the entire trip?
Highway driving is perfection; you know in a F250 with the 6.2 you can get 13mpg
Kinda cool.

Nice results. 👍🏼
17 city and 17 highway, lol you usually only see similar or same numbers on hybrids.
Is it really a Sasquatch ?by the look of the Rim?
my 99 suburban got 21 on the hwy...that should be getting closer to 30
I have such a heavy foot accelerating...I don't bother looking at MPG.

this guy sounds like nathan form TFL, wtf, its tripping me out lol
Would love a all ev Bronco!!!
87 octane is all that is necessary…

As a European I want a diesel in this thing lol. Maybe not a Ford diesel though.

Your out of the box specs are wrong! 35's the rest of your video is unreliable. Fail. They don't offer the Bronco with 37's

A brick, cruising the freeway at 17 (sorry..19.6) mpg. In 2022.
Have to least suggest the observation that it borders on obscenity.
Frog, meet pot.
English, next time please
My Tiguan gives more than 30 mpg.

Sound like a Nut..EV,so not create power they use power created by guess?
These do nothing. Climate always changes. Learn some history.
@@richardjohansen5191 come on, you know electric vehicles are all powered by clean coal technology and unicorn farts.
Phag 😂
