I think the guy at 4:43 was less injured and more surprised that he didn't end up injured...

That's a pretty bad hit. Unless you're a freaking athlete that is going to hurt in the morning.

Totally stupid safety rules...throw back to days when drivers were regularly killed...

oh man those old cars are caskets on weels, still those older cars have so much more character. i remember the first car i ever owned was a Opel astra F, its not the fastest or the most luxuries car but it was never about that. the feel of driving in a older car was amazing.

Makes me so happy to see these old race cars stretching their legs and on the track like they were meant to be 👍🏻

Hopefully this will be the track layout and track surface when F1 visits.

Could it be, that the roll was from the same driver/car as 2015 at Zandvoort? (Video is on RUclips too)

Yes, I filmed the crash too. It was in Scheivlak corner.

Is that an Alfasud that tangled with the Roundie at 6:36?

No, it's a Fiat 128 3p, the successor of the Fiat 128 Sport Coupé. Maybe around 1977 I suggested my mother to buy one and she did :) It was quite nice to drive.

A wonderful array of machinery but some really abysmal driving.

Very greasy track, old hard tyres and effort exceeding talent. A recipe for a visit from the meat wagon. Thankfully nobody ended up at the Take`n`bake.

This pavement looks very oily and the cars act like it as well.
