@@destinationnj3847 Indeed the market is higher and some houses are priced ridiculously high than it’s worth for e.g. this house. A good house priced right should not last more than a week in this market.
Not impressed..kitchen looks outdated!.. entranceway doesnt look modern!.. just being honest! Basement looks too boring!.. you cant do better then just adding a pool table??..
Thanks for the feedback :) The sellers have gotten rid of a lot of stuff in anticipation for their move. It just allows you to fill the home with your own ideas and lifestyle!

Every house in HB is crazily overpriced right now. None of these homes are worth their asking price.
