Everytime Wirt gets div 2 the only commentary is about how div 2 is not bad and how he would make div 1 with more time
But he also shows it by PB'ing within 3 minutes after qualifying ;)

@@louisBrother1988 he just wants to figure it out himself. Helps you improve at fast learning when you actually learn the map yourself. You don’t really learn as much when you just copy lines from the gps

Hey Wirtual I am totally new to this, but I'd really want to learn and get into it. It looks fun. What TM are you playing and do you have any hints for a noob?

One piece of advice is to pace yourself -- set a goal you can reliably hit that will still challenge you. As a newcomer, I would recommend trying to get silver or better on the campaign tracks. Once that's done, try getting gold and better. Then author, etc.
He has a video titled "5 most essential trackmania skills to learn as a beginner", there's also a guide by another guy called something like "complete trackmania guide: every trick in the game"

I have noticed a trend that whenever Wirtual gets Div 2 it's because he decides to not watch gps or any other runs, just tries to figure it out himself. Then he watches WR to see their lines and goes "now I will pb and could have had Div 1." Like... you could have watched the ghosts sooner to see the line lol.

Is it just me or are there a lot of smurfs on the divisions for less good players. Yesterday I came into a div with 50sec time. First knockout round 3 people got 40 secs. At the end I was happy with 10th place and a pb of 44.8 but I kinda dislike those smurfs
Could be intentional, could be accidental - hard to tell.

I hope you see this wirtual but i think i know how to do the drop down bocks at the start and end faster? If you aim about half a car width into them the front wheels will be elevated putting all the force on the back wheels but the back wheels will not jump. Every run you did where this occurred you had more speed afterwards. I think the perfect angle for these blocks is to get front wheels in air as much as possible without raising back wheels

@@nukewurld On the contrary, I think it's the opposite of the average chat person, as that mythical person is more likely to have a tendency to not understand how pressure affects performance, or how training improves one's results. I.e. there's *nothing* surprising about a pb after TA, stop acting like it's a deal at all.
