Hi there. I work in the safety industry and I have seen a lot of ejections with these presses. The larger the press, the bigger the ejection can become. I would highly recommend installing a curtain or shield to protect yourself if you build this.
we all start somewhere, check used tools, classifieds, restore projects. I got a 1950's craftsmen bandsaw for 50 bucks and put about 6 hours into it and runs like a champ
I was hoping to make something like this for my school project and was wondering if there were any plans available for this build that I would be able to purchase?
Any reccomendation on where to source steel? I checked in the cheap online store where I bought pipes and 6 C beams comes at 222€ already.. Are you sourcing from distributors?
@@GBWM_CNC I'll have a look, last time I went to some local stores they were more expensive then delivered from online... Need to find a steel dump where I can find nice big chucks at a bargain
Hello, I'm Dario Bracamonte, from Argentina. I really like your videos, I see that you drink mate, I am a fan of Mate. I would love to give you a typical mate from my area. I live in Formosa. Do you like bitter or sweet mate?? I send you a huge hug and continue with the videos.
Hello Dario! That sounds great! I always like to try new mate flavours. I usually drink argentinian mate - my favourite is cruz de malta. I'm not sure if I could it describe as bitter or sweet as I don't recognise yerba mate to be sweet at all. I'm glad you like my videos! :)

Thank you for your tip. I actually didn't pay attention for that. I will be careful using it! Who knows - maybe you saved my life, haha
I truly appreciate these videos! The only problem is these are for those with large shop tools and not for the small hobbyist tools.
Well - I've started with a cheap welder and an angle grinder :)

This was a quick project which will help me a lot with the upcoming projects! Let me know what you think! :)
Thanks for watching!
Spoko robota. Podnośnik można łatwo przerobić by działał "do góry nogami". Kwestia przedłużenia rurki zasilającej pompkę. Mniej zabawy by było.
Hello my friend happy Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
Very nice to see it under my project too. It very difficulty when I need compressed bearings always hit.
Myślałem nad takim rozwiązaniem ale w końcu sklonilem się zrobić bez przeróbki
awesome work man. was looking for tips on how to improve my crappy bent store bought H frame, got some great ideas to mod with thanks!
I'm glad it helped!
Хорошая работа, у меня один вопрос, вам доводилось максимально нагружать пресс, то есть 20 тонн? есть ощущение что швеллер таких нагрузок не выдержит
Happy New Year!
Thank you! :) Best New Year wishes!

But I was wondering if you put nylon sliders it would stop the paint from scratching off ?

Honestly - I just check my local distributors. The steel prices in online stores seems to be high over here.

Gdzieś ty tą nokie znalazł 😜👍
Kupiłem specjalnie na tę okazję! :D Wesołch!
Sadly, In my country the steel alone cost more than a new press in the box.
Here it would be a similar price - but making my own is always more exciting :)

that's some deep thoughts
Where do you live when you can buy that much of steel for only 140$?

oh Cool!
Anyway, Have you thought about attaching a pump to that hydraulic jack so that you dont have to pump the lever manually ?

Good job. But u demonstrated a 20 ton press on a simple small bearings extraction...Disappointing.
It destroyed a Nokia. This is the true power!
