@@aqbar135 yeah, it was always a major tactic amongst pros to have the entire map edges filled out by day 10 at the latest, and this seems to just make that entire process 25% faster, especially helpful for larger maps. Besides, the other stuff is good, but you hopefully don’t need to be tanking lots of damage on day 3 unless you’re doing so on purpose for a rush, in which case go right ahead.
The rework, with the little stats upgrades costing only 1 slot, is a HUGE buff for early game. Compared to tier II circuits, costing more rare materials and requiring to scan some dangerous or hard to find/survive to encounter, it's allowing you to actually play early game without being carried. Love this rework, change the game, now you're not useless if gearless and don't have shit early game until gears. you can have a progression. Start with speed I taking all slots for fast start. Then once you found spiders for silk and mole, go for nightvision + health I + sanity I (replace sanity by stomac I once you find hounds). Then try to get a pan flute and find the dragonfly to get ready for winter (just put it alseep, scan it, killing it is not needed at all). Thermal stone + hot circuit is allowing you to always be at best temperature afaik, so during winter hot circuit + speed circuit II + stomac I (if you have not found a rook at all for speed II, you can repair a suspicious marble statue of a rook, so you can resurrect it during a full moon) was pretty decent. Remember to scan and kill the deerclop if you can, as the cold circuit is gonna be delicious during summer, and eyebrella is a must have as WX in order to avoid dying to rain. And just like that you got your first 40 days of don't starve without dumbly dying and while having fun searching circuits :D

If I plan on staying the caves for most of summer I'll just use the autumn and spring setup. I'd love to try out some variety but these two setups are just so good its hard to choose anything else for me
gotta like them perks for W-78 and i think the night vision circuit and the super processing unit might be a very good combo since the night vision also prevents attacks from Charlie while the super sanity circuit will regen back any lost sanity during the dusk & night during the day so sanity food isnt so important for our lovable bot boy.

I'm thinking at the cost of catching a rabbit knocking it out maybe to get the ability to run pathed speeds off paths EG would be semi OP especially if you can remove and get back your circuits. Complete an outline of the island/s early while collecting what you need for the better upgrades, exploring as fun as it can be sometimes eats up more time than I care for in the beginning, at least with the biggest world gens.
The light circuit not allowing me to sleep led me to the biggest gasp I made in my life after I crafted some rolls and couldn't use them lmfao My Wickerbottom maining days caught up to me
I wish the ilumanation circuit would be dropped to 2 slots so you can have 2 speed boost in exchange for a lesser light source than the moggles circuit

I haven't played WX-78 AT ALL yet but I plan on doing the night vision + speed combo to ransack the ruins and then transition into either 3x electric or 2x electric + 1 super hardy. I would like to mix in some bramble armor at some point as well xD or just try the dual bone armor strat.

Bio Data in the crafts doesn't matter at all. Only the specific scans to unlock specific crafts do. Bio Data from anything can be used to make a any circuit.
No need. Speed and light most of the time with thermals/refrigerants coming into play come every Winter and Summer. Perhaps a health booster here and there but speed and light are all you need to break the game by Day 2-6
I saw that too when checking my work and thought it was odd cause from the very first day it was 15% and I don't recall ever reading that it was buffed. Either way it slows the drain so that's all that matters really.
1) Be nomadic - run the edges of the world at first, even at night with your first torch, and gather bit by bit along the way 2) Once gold veins are found make a science machine, shovel and a backpack 3) Keep running around but now you will dig up resources instead of picking them for later transplanting 4) Don't even care about building base and planting said resources until day 10-12, the lower the better 5) Make a thermal stone (search for it if you can't find it in the tabs) 6) Hammer pig houses for loot for easy head armor as you're still learning 7) Bring any bosses you encounter in Winter to beefalo, pigmen, the forest or swamp,etc to weaken them 8) Know that you will die and suck for a while as the game's cycle is live, learn, die and repeat to live longer, learn more and die a new way
I tried to play I didn’t find gold for three days and got chased I found 100 rocks and wheat no gold I have WX78 speed gear even and I still didn’t find anything I did stick fairly close to edges did I do something wrong also food is still a problem for me as I have no idea where to farm for things I know sticks wheat and normal wood plus rocks that it I have no idea if there are key indicators for things like berry bushes or anything to help me in that sort of sense also you’re still replying to comments on a 1yo video glad I found you my friend recommend you as a guide to everything and I checked your channel he was right

I really couldn't care less about all this new crap, but if it helps against the rain. I'm going to take it. Because this new increased rain damage is definitely a blow to WX-78, near unplayable.

For casual player that like to fill the map first before doing anything like ruin rush etc, this first speed circuit helps to do the job quicker.

You know being cold should increase efficiency in machinery. The best produced by electronics you'd think alone should keep wx from freezing.

That's not a console-only thing unfortunately. For some, recent updates have completely botched attacking. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
