Why are all these videos shorter when I click on them? on the homepage it is shown to be 4:56 long, but now that I click on it it shows as and runs for 3:57. Only this channel has this, and it's consistennt, too. The length on the homepage is always the same, and when I click on it it is also the same, but shorter. Ben's editor can you explain this?

You should know that youtube has rolled out a new ad-block circumvention scheme in which ads are now embedded in videos. Given the fact that the displayed time is exactly 59 seconds longer than the real time, I expect that RUclips is displaying the runtime with ads whereas the video does not have any ads.
