For some strange reason, I don’t remember young Sylvia being redubbed.
There’s two versions. One with Fran’s voice and one with Sylvia’s. I just find Sylvia’s funnier though.
There's another episode with a young Sylvia (Fran's Roots) in which she isn't dubbed, maybe you're thinking about that one.
