it will be fun to see something post moonlord, moonlord for me isn't a fun boss to fight, he feels boring and on expert don't have any special attacks, it should be something added to progress a little bit more

Actually in pre-hardmode (were is meant to be used this class) quite oblitarate all the bosses, this challenge could be impossible with pre-hardmode gear of other class but thrower is clearly stronger than the other class in pre-hardmode
Didn’t the class just get snapped from existence in 1.4? I used beenades on Wall Of Flesh a few days ago on Xbox 1.4 and they were listed as ranged damage. They also got buffed while I was using Necro Armor. Correct me if I’m wrong.

While we're at it, maybe make the nimbus rod and crimson summoner weapons?

I suggest to beat Planters make a fairly big arena. It doesn't have to be huge but at least 400 blocks up and sideways. Then fly around the area keeping at a distance from Planters chipping away at her health with good ranged weapons. Good ranged weapons pre Plantera would be mega shark, shadow knife daggers, tsunami ( if you can), golden shower for the debuff, dart pistols, sky fracture, Terra blade, bananarangs, light discs, etc. These are some weapons you can use against Plantera. Note: When I said ranged weapons I meant weapons that can attack from a range not specifically ranger class weapons. Also, if the Terra blade is only obtainable after Plantera don't flame me I cannot remember at the moment. Also also, there is a way to cheese Plantera by building two teleporters at the edge of each arena and shooting her with the megashark.

I have been waiting a long time to buy terraria for PC mostly bcs I wanted expert mode and throwing weapons (I was playing old mobile terraria before where its only ranged dmg) and now that I finnaly have terraria for PC they are removing throwing class :(

Terraria needs a update for character selection of 6 classes! Btw this is when u make a character, all world chests and drops will be their respective class. 1. Warrior (Melee Weapons) 2. Mage (Magic Weapons) 3. Shooter (Ranged Weapons) 4. Summoner (Summon Weapons) 5. Thrower (Throwing Weapons) 6. Combo (Just like the regular terraria, usd whatever weapons you'd like!)

Honestly, the ice bow might be the only option until post plantera/frost moon, which is a massive gap. It could be done, but it would be very difficult.

It's so sad that it's "How far we can make it?" and not "How op can we make it?". Throwing needs some major buffs and additions. Although I'm pretty sure they're just removing the class :/

Would be cool to have a, “How far can ice weapons make it?” Having things like frost burn arrows, ice beam swords, and other ice/snow related weapons, just to see how long it can go
Honestly, the ice bow might be the only option until post plantera/frost moon, which is a massive gap. It could be done, but it would be very difficult.

@@justanidiotwithinternetacc5831 i may be 2 months late but i'm just saying ice sickle is prob the best frozen weapon then accessories being frozen turtle shell, frostspark boots, frozen wings and then armor is frost armor which is honestly enough to beat the game

Except they won't, MODS ARE OUR SAVIOURS, THEY WHO KEPT THE MOST POWERFUL PH CLASS IN (honestly it was, spike balls obliterate events and grenades got good AoE as well as the single target damage from Bone Javelins
