Every single time the chords just work. You never sound mechanical like almost all the rest. You never sound like, "oh yeah, I know that chord progression". It is always like, "where is he going to take me next". ...and in a good way. I try to analyze how you are doing what you are doing, and it is beyond anything technical. It sounds like you have a deep inner peace and relaxedness, but with surplus energy to spare, nice hands, and a light smooth touch, and it just all comes out in such a musical way. I could copy your progessions perfectly, and do it with the exact same gear, but it would never sound even close to as good as when you do it. It is more than your hands or technique. It is more like your soul. You got a better soul for rhythm than I do. It is just that simple. But I got a good lead guitar solo soul, and that is why I am here. I am not even into your style of "smooth jazz/blues" or whatever you might call it. I am more of a ZZ Top and Jeff Beck style, ....but ... for me, for guitar soloing, your smooth style takes out all of those nasty raspy high midrange frequencies, and leaves me a nice clean white piece of paper to write on. I can go clean or dirty, and if I go dirty, you are not in the way messing with me. You are always out of the way and letting me do my thing. Time after time your tracks and even the way you title your tracks shows so much professionalism and discipline, why retaining a free style hippie jazz rock soul, like some guy in a coffee house. Many thanks Sebastian. We make beautiful music together. You always set me up so well for the knock down, the take down, the punch line. You do all the work and shoulder the burden of the straight man comic, while I get all the punch lines. It's a good deal for me. Thank you man.

When I burn out trying to be Robben Ford or Billy Gibbons, I put this one on, and I'm Lite Jazz King. Love this one - great for practicing chromatic fills and string skipping. Merci - I dig all your tracks.
