The Nurses & Nursing Students look so young. The OFW Nurses at my Great, Great Aunt's [family owned] Nursing Home looked so old to me... In the 1970's. LOL
Really i like very much this area. I will go for 1 month on December in Cebu, Do you know any nice condominium that have pool and also gym in this area?
In that area there is a lot of student accommodation? In Irish cities it's something we seem to have a problem with, is the lack of affordable student accommodation. It has come to the point where some parents feel it is cheaper to buy a house in the city for their kids as it's cheaper than renting one

Urgello the dormitory street for SWU, USC, CNU, USJR UC etc, the baha is worst there though
Munky, I worry for your safety. Not with the people, but with cars, motorbikes, and jeepnys charging down the road while you walk! 😅
