Transitions Hospice Inspiring Stories: Larry and Dianna

Larry talks about Dianna, his wife of 35 years, and his experience with having Dianna in hospice care with Transitions Hospice.
Also featured in the video is Jesse, Dianna's sister-in-law who provided care for Dianna during this time, and Terri Arneson who was the Transitions Hospice RN case manager overseeing Dianna's hospice home care.
Many people associate hospice with pain management, but Larry and Jesse found out there was so much more, including nursing assistants who changed sheets to make sure Dianna was comfortable, to social workers, volunteers and chaplains who supported them during this difficult time.
