To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ • Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸 (this comment is not mine)
Exactly. I used the pomodoro technique with 25 minutes and 5 minutes break and it was such a short break and short amount of time for me to stay focused because i tend to switch activities a lot and with Pomodoro, i don't get to finish a lot of stuff.
I’ve been using this since the 2nd week that class started and honestly I’ve broken down my hw and gotten them mostly done before the weekend! I’ve never felt this productive! Thank you!!
This is the first time I finished actually the whole video after trying this for the whole last week. Now I am proud and will try to accomplish this again tomorrow.
@@elamrani1449 he said he's been trying to finish the video for the last week. He wouldn't say he would do it tomorrow if he was spacing it out over the week. Can you read
This is perfect because I tend to forget to take breaks when studying which may lead to me burning out. Also the 15 minutes provide a sufficient amount of time for the information I studied to process, the alarm sounds amazing not to loud, just perfec. enough for alert you. Especially when I am studying early in the morning it helps by not disrupting others who are asleep.
Maybe try a shorter one. I have more shorter dark pastel ones than regular pastel at the moment, but shorter 15/3 & 15/5 regular pastel ones are on the way. Here’s the playlist for dark pastel timers for now: ruclips.net/p/PLvX8YUwu_1oDEMtsprq4OBfdoa_4vl8L0

I get up and get completely away from my work just to give my brain a complete break. Some things to do: go get a snack and some water, do some breathing exercises, stretch, change study location (ex. move from desk to dining room), lay in the bed and just rest lol, read a book (in 10-15mins you can get a good reading break), draw something simple or try to complete a drawing throughout your breaks, watch a 15min or less RUclips video, etc. My biggest suggestion is to find a hobby you like and delve into it on your break, just try not to get on your phone because that’s such a big distraction and easy to get lost into.

Hi, could you please change the alarm sound to maybe birds chirping? Thank You.
I like that. Not sure if I’ll do it, but I like it. I’m going to run a poll to see how people feel about the sound.

some of my friends would do it reverse 💀💀

isn't that suppose to have a long break once?
why are there ads man
To make money.
I’ve restricted the ads to only be between the breaks, which I think is a fair compromise. We all tryin out here.
Thank you
