There isn’t a list I know of to view all UEs, but you may choose any module that isn’t in your Degree’s major (For instance, for me, UEs would be modules outside Business Marketing). If you wish to double check that the modules you wish to take are UEs, the best would be to check with your advisor to confirm coz they’d know best!
