It's a newer rule change. The lane lines securing the goal are painted red until a certain distance away from the goal now. You can be within the 2M line as long as you're not also in the red there. I am not sure if that just applies to 6 on 5 or just in general though; my guess would be it's in general

What are the rules for the 2m? I keep seeing the right vanguard wing just chill in the 2 meter for like 20 seconds without getting a turnover.
