Hi Nagaveni, If we are given a //gm say ABCD and say we join diagonal BD, then yes we can prove that two triangles thus formed - ABD and CDB are congruent using SSS rule. This is how - 1. AB=CD. [opposite sides of //gm are equal] 2. AD=BC[same reason]. 3. BD is common to both triangles Hence proved by SSS congruence theorem. Hope that helps! Cheers,

In the webisode where a diagonal bisects a parallelogram into two congruent triangles,you showed that it can be proved using ASA congruence rule.Can it also be proved using SSS congruence rule .i.e. all sides are equal rule?
