NECESSARY MATERIALS
2 eggs.
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
1 packet of dry yeast (10 g).
1.5 cups of warm milk (300 ml).
1.5 cups of warm water (300 ml).
3.5 cups of flour (420 g).
1 tomato.
1 red pepper.
3 green peppers.
1 onion.
3-4 sprigs of parsley.
3 spring onions.
1 potato.
Cheese (100 g).

I made this recipe this morning for brunch, and it now has a 5-star rating in my files, is marked as a favourite, and I will be using it often, serving our Bed&Breakfast guests! Not quite a pancake or a crêpe, thicker than a wrap, and lighter than flatbread ...
Unique, easy, delicious, and could be easily adapted for sweet or savory. I LOVE it!
Another idea for leftovers - spread with some pizza sauce and top with shredded cheese and maybe some other toppings, then heat to make a pizza snack later!
