I'm surprised the pitch of the glass went UP with less liquid rather than down. I guess the effect on pitch is the opposite of blowing across a bottle with more liquid or less liquid in the bottle.

Marvelous playing, as always... would rather do with a glass of water, to avoid those reactions and enjoy the work as it is.
