Since October I'm almost jobless and I lost my work that I was started to build and it was worst with Covid-19 but didn't surrender and I continued to learn more and more until I started to follow many educative channels that gave me strength to pass this hard period safely and increased my knowledge while looking for new opportunity to start again ...All that is for one reason and that is to raise my children and making them better persons

Don't let our emotions control behaviour. Stay Calm and taking control is the greatest way to approach a crisis. As I work with customers every day this strategy has been my key 🔑 number 1 to understand and get faster solutions for any problem.

This sounds like great advice and I 100% agree with everything you said. If I were to pick one thing that probably would help me the most, it would be to remain positive. I think if you remain positive, it will be easier to tackle difficult tasks, challenging problems, confrontational people and even accepting facts as something you can't change because you'll see them as facts and not look at the negative aspects of those facts. Staying on task with laser focus is probably #2 and requires determination and diligence. I have read some of your books 30+ years ago and it's really great seeing you out on Facebook evangelizing everything you've taught and practiced first hand. You really made a difference in this world!

Thank you and very timely Brian. What really resonated with me was, look for the good in any situation. I'm a Wholesale Distributor one of my suppliers just sent me a bunch of hats with logos that I did not order. Although I didn't want to bring them in my current accounts, because they wouldn't sell very well, I could go to another industry and sell these hats fairly easy and pick up more customers because of it. I was upset and stressed when I opened up the boxes, but now it's just a great opportunity to put on more business. Thanks again for another gem of a lesson. Also to your great sales, business and life philosophies, which helped me break into six figure sales income over 30 years ago. Keep swinging young man, and much love, peace, health and success to you and yours👍🤗🙏
