Thank you for this channel and the videos you have made thus far, I am kindly requesting if you could please make a tutorial of the proper way to perform the following seated leg warm up exercises (1) Goolf Naman, (2) Goolf Chakra, (3) Padanguli Naman, with same viewpoint as in this video and with legs position facing directly towards the camera, Thank you 😊🙏
