(Neapold) WAS & IS THE GREATEST COOL GUY EVER!!!! ALSO, WHEN I WENT TO WORK I WOULD GO TO THE BACK DOOR PUSH THE BUTTON & A BODYGUARD WOULD OPEN THE DOOR, I WALKED TO THE LOCKERS CHANGED TO MY RED SILK SHORTS!!!!!! I GOT MY SERVING TRAY WENT TO THE BALCONY & BROUGHT DRINKS TO ANY & EVERYONE!!! I WAS ALSO WORKING THE NIGHT THERE WAS A FIST FIGHT BETWEEN IAN SCHRAGER ON THE DANCE FLOOR & THERE WAS A COMPLETE SECTION IN ESQUIRE MAGAZINE ABOUT STUDIO 54 & A LAWSUIT. P.S THIS FIST FIGHT WAS BETWEEN MY BROTHER AND IAN SCHRAGER. I'DE BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE OH I WAS ALSO @ 54 WHEN BIANCA WAS HOISTED ON THE HORSE & WHATEVER WENT ON INSIDE YOU HAD TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT!!!! One would hope the music in the Club was better back then that this collection. Not to be disrespectful but this collection is a little done to death of the genre.
You need to realize that at the time (1979) these were some of the hottest tracks being played in the clubs. Almost 40 years, yes, they have been played a bit to death, but at the time these got everyone out to dance. THAT was what it was all about....
how old are you ? you must be young so definitely not connected to those like me who lived those years ... this album was very popular back then and so bring lots of memories of wonderful time and magic moments at the clubs .... so I can understand young people may not understand ....
