I literally spoke about unforgiveness right before I watched the podcast. There’s something in my heart that I’ve dismissed for a long time but I’ve got to deal with it so God can grow me as He wants to do. I’ve tried to minimize ignore and I can’t do it anymore. I know it’s holding me back. So I’m done. Tonight forgiveness is given. I want nothing standing in the way of His voice in my life.
A lot of the times we just talk and talk and talk and tell God everything we’re thinking even though he already knows it. We don’t know what God is thinking so we need to do more listening rather than talking. Also, I have noticed that when God shows me something or tells me something, I will find it over and over again in my surroundings. It won’t be a one Time thing, he will keep reminding me of it through different means.

I love how God softens our hearts toward the things He's called us to when we surrender our will and obey Him. I'm a PK, and the last thing I wanted to do was any form of ministry. But as I was trying to force my plans, there was such a lack of peace and frustration. One day I was like, Okay, God, what do you want me to do? He pointed it out, and I watched as He opened so many doors. Even when it was hard, there was so much peace knowing that I could always fall back on knowing it was what He said and that He truly knows what's best for me. I loved all the scriptures!

SO REAL!!! We literally just went over this at our young adults night!! We can’t hold onto our expectations of how we think God will work in our lives because when we do, we start putting Him into a box and that blinds us from how He actually reveals Himself to us.

I have been really bad about going to my friends for advice, help or opinions. It takes me a hot minute to listen to these podcast cause I get so much in my head. I’m getting a lot out of it but I also have this toxic trait of over thinking.. I start looking for signs and sometimes those signs are wrong. And I’m struggling with that big time… I was scared if I listened to this, that I was gonna get in more head and constantly listening and scared of listening for the wrong things
I just watched this for the second time today and i had chills the whole time. You two are very much called by the Lord and i can totally relate. Ive ran from my calling for a very long time and i am finally getting back to where God wants me to be. I just now have to focus on making myself more available to him and his will in my life. I love listening to yall. Keep doing exactly what your doing, you are touching many lives. My life has definitely changed since finding this podcast, and following jwlkers worship. ❤️

It seems like God speaks so many different ways that how can I always know it's Him?
From the scripture Colby read, it said that Samuel didn't recognize God's voice because he didn't know God initially, and has never talked with him. The best way to know God's Voice and hear from him is to talk with him regularly

Hi Allie we kind of both have the same mindset although My introverted has kept me in a loop I can say that middle school and well for me it was more high school technically my whole life Ive been introverted Ive had problems in my life were it caused me to be that way but it wasn't until college that I became to realize that being introverted doesn't really help me in having Jesus in my life although I'm still introverted just not as I was before I use to have alot of anxiety and stress I was also depressed at one point it caused me to worry about the future alot still I want I pray for like God to show me things in my life at times so I didn't have to focus on that and rebuking the enemy?
