Their leader, Masa Fukuda, is a musical genius prodigy from like age 5 or 6. The kids are certainly great. The genius comes into play, IMHO, in the voices he selects for the solo parts as well as the group composition overall -- and any composition work he does, obviously. Of course there is the audition process as well, where Masa tests their lower and upper range and their ability to follow a progression. There is a video of a girl going to her audition here on RUclips, which is definitely worth watching if you're interested in such -- it should come up if you search for 'audition' and 'one voice children's choir'. The girl handled it with poise and excellence. I have also seen some crossover between the singers in the OVCC and another group called "Rise Up Children's Choir", and the production team seem similar.
