Huge shoutout to Competition Werkes for the continued partnership with the channel. There’s a few things about this install that needs to be addressed in case you intend to follow and recreate this exact look. Originally, the Comp Werkes Fender Eliminator Kit came in a natural finish that includes two halogen bulb turn signals. I wanted a streamlined look and got the Comp Werkes Fender kit powder coated black. MotovationUSA provided the beautiful Rizoma Vision light indicator and conversion kit. The next step was to figure out a clever/innovative way to incorporate the Rizoma Visions to follow the lines. I drilled a rough 6mm insertion point near the rear of the base plate, purchased a thick rubber washer to negate some of the vibration and the rest is history. Lastly, you might have to pull some of the excess harness into the trunk to free up space. You can always comment if you have further questions. I gotta ask... the competitionwerkes fender Eli kit is pretty sick, but the rear lights aren't the same. Theyre are a bit bulkier from CW. Which ones do you have on your hyper SP? I'm look for different rear signal lights that'll work with the CW eliminator kit.
LuCien Kane it’s actually a Competitionwerkes fender eliminator kit. I modified it with some Rizoma sequential turn signals. I kept the OEM rear light and use base plate and got it powder coated.
Hey man. Hoping you can help!! I was wondering if you could recommend any good and bright LED lights for the hyper SP.? The stock light aren’t too bright for night riding.
Hey Jp, glad you to see that you enjoyed the vid. To answer your question, it's a bit tricky. There are very little options when it comes to Fender Eliminator kits for the Hyper. I ended up grabbing a Competition Werkes tidy tail kid, 2 Rizoma Vision Turn Signals, black rubber bushings and I did several modifications to make it mine. I spent a lot of time measuring to drill two pilot holes to properly fit the Vision turn signals. The reason I replaced the Comp Werkes turn signals is because they were halogen bulbs that barely emanate decent light. Help the channel grow by hitting that Subscribe Button and the Notification Bell. More Hypermotard SP vids to come.

Believe it or not, these install videos are a total pain in the butt. Lots of research, uncomfortable to actually do the work keeping a clear view for people and it takes double to triple the time to finish. That's not even including post production. I installed some aftermarket turning indicator but my rear indicators are just blinking like abt 4 times and then it stops

It's difficult to say because I modded mine to make it work with the Vision turn signals. It's not a normal setup.

Competition Werkes did make an integrated LED Kit but got discontinued at some point.

From what year is your hypermotard? I going to change it on my '13 Hyperstrada, but first i'm trying to figure out how it all works
