Hopefully Benji took the tips you gave him to heart about food being time efficient and cost efficient, a lot of mini shopping hauls aren’t going to cut it for a family of 7 nor are they going to constantly want to wait 24 hours for food that doesn’t taste any different, his girls and Judy will be very thankful.

Matt, I've always wondered why you keep saying he's your Mentor. It's so very obvious you're his mentor. In fact, many times in his vlogs he mentioned he learnt cooking techniques from you. Also, his vlogging skills need upgrading. They're so very passé.
It has nothing to do with cooking and all to do with my bro Benji helping me be a better version of myself.

I didn't know you guy's knew each other? I remember Benji from back in the dance days at the YMCA. My wife Dnel loves watching Judy's Life and I'm a huge fan of Benjimantv and all of Matt's content. But Matt has to seriously stop using the F-word if he's considering to vlog his family style content. I used to watch his vlogs with my children but have now stopped and watch his vlogs when the kids are in bed.
When you release the steam of the pressure cooker, put a towel on top of it so it doesnt go all the way to the ceiling or else it gets everywhere

Did he put any protein in the ramen? The growing girls need it more than cabbage shreds. Amazing how he uses 1 ramen pack for 3 girls when he & Judy are often seen having gourmet suppers after the girls have gone to bed in Judy's vlogs.

Hey Matt, love the videos and where you're going with this content!! I make birria with Chuck, cheek or short rib all the time in the ipot but I usually let the pressure dissipate on its own because I felt when I hit the release valve the meat tends to seize. Thoughts on this?
I’ve never had that issue. All it does is release the pressure. If you’ve cooked it enough you’re good to go.

As a Swede, enchiladas is hard to come by. But the best I’ve ever had was at Santa Monica pier. Cheap, delicious and authentic 👍😀

@@kamaladevi1441 I'm of the same view too. Matt's culinary skills are top notch and should be put to good use in a restaurant. Somehow, the vlogs he produces do not do justice to his gastronomic expertise. Am surprised he didn't get Benji to vet this video before uploading it.
