I'm a chamsys programmer but want to get into MA, what would you say are the main things you prefer about MA over chamsys? Great video's, love you're work!

I currently use Arkaos MediaMaster with my LED panels and I have been wondering if there is a way to combine the two only because it gives me a headache working two consoles at once. You mentioned that the video quality doesn't matter, would it still be possible to use HD/4K videos on the software or would I have to create my own video graphics for the time being?
So whats an example of an rgb fixture you can pixel map? Can it be any lighting fixtures like a huge square of 101's or intellipix? Or are there specific fixtures you'd use? noob question
It's pretty similar. A little more involved and you can actually do more with source types/file types but I dont think it's worth it for most applications. Would rather use resolume on another PC.
The amount of fixtures and how many parameters per each one really does add up in the processing department. Plus you have to remember there has to be minimal latency in the processing or else the lights will be late in refrence to the audio

I feel like nothing has changed. i remember doing basically the same setup in versions 3.1.X . i guess Ill have some re reading in the release notes.
totally different in 3.1 ;) old version used stage view. layout view much better
