Revelstoke, tucked into the Selkirk Range in interior British Columbia, Canada is known for accessible big mountain terrain. The region’s high-quality, light snow and consistent, reliable snowfall, make Revelstoke is a natural fit for the Natural Selection Tour. While the contest venue is nestled in the Selkirk-Tangiers Heli Skiing tenure, the challenging terrain and North America’s most vertical (5,620 feet) at Revelstoke Mountain Resort will be home to the Tour throughout the event window. The Tour will also highlight and celebrate the authentic spirit of Revelstoke's mountain community with events supported by Tourism Revelstoke and the Province of British Columbia.

I love that when they are looking back at the mountain, it looks like they are literally looking straight up. Insane!

travis is totally in a league of his own no question but he should have lost semis, besides that absolutely insane event this terrain is the gnarliest stuff i've seen in a comp. would love to see the fwt host an event on a face like this to see what the ski men throw down
first two lines were insane and had me hooked the rest. absolute psychos
Awsesome event, absolutely epic terrain. The only thing I wish is that we had some competitors from the FWT. Riders on that tour I think would do a better job of handling this terrain than some of the freestyle specialists we saw today. Travis is the only one that spans both disciplines - but I would love to see the likes of Sammy Luebke and Victor De la Rue on this face as well.

I love natural selection
It might be a nice addition to the comp to add some flags or visual markers for different zones so the riders can have a bit better sense of where they are on the descent. Seems so easy to get lost on the way down and not have as stellar of a performance as you could with a little better line planning.
They live and learn. While I appreciate your suggestion I think you are lacking depth of knowledge of the ethos of a hardcore snowboarder. Future events with these riders will be better and better as they adapt to challenges.

At 1:03:10, why didn't Elena Hight win that? Even though her first score was 2 points less, her second score was 20 points higher than Zoi's. Does anybody know what's up with that? Someone explain please

If Kim Jong-un organized a competition that he was competing in… Look, we all know Travis is a legend. I enjoyed watching the riding and everything about this event looked amazing. But the judging streamlined Travis to winning…and the commentary was overly hyping Travis’ lines in the end it just felt like everyone and everything about the event was stroking his ego. Maybe their jobs rely on him continuing this event? I don’t know. But I finished watching the event with a bit of a sick feeling.
why big air cant be like this? a beautiful bakside 360 or 720 at most is much more better than 2160 spins like helicopter
